Upper Peninsula Michigan for fall colors. November 2012.

I had the opportunity to see the Upper Peninsula with a fun group led by John and Barbara Gerlach. The colors were outstanding as was the company. Amazing colors and reflections at many small lakes and on the shore of Lake Superior. Highlights included: The Pictured Rocks, phenomenal motion blurs shot from the car at 40mph (while my friend, Greg, steered), and lots of reflections. Unfortunately, we didn't have great clouds or skies and the wind sometimes played havoc with getting sharp images. But all in all a great time with fun people was had. Thanks Barb and John. I will be back.
