Fall Colors in Yosemite NP. October 2013.

My friend Barry Weibel, from the San Diego area, and I decided to meet up to shoot fall colors in Yosemite. While the moon wasn't in play, and there was a general lack of water, we had a great time together. We stayed at the Cedar Lodge as our normal hotel, the Yosemite View Lodge was sold out. We were treated to a special ending when, just after dusk, a large deer (buck) walked within 10 feet of me to drink from the Merced River at Camp 6.
